What do I need to bring?
Bring what you want to eat and drink for the day, such as sandwiches, sodas, beer, and water. Plastic bottles or cans only; NO GLASS. Remember to bring suntan lotion. Shoes are required; NO FLIP FLOPS for safety reasons.
If you are an inexperienced at fishing, don't worry! We'll show you how to use the reel/rod. We'll even bait the hook and take your fish off for you.

Do I need a fishing license?
No. You'll be fishing under Captain Dave's license.
Do I need to sign a waiver and release of liability?
Yes. All passengers must sign a waiver and release of liability. Waiver will be provided prior to charter.
Where do you launch from?
We will pick you up at the Bocilla Island Seaport Dock.8421 Main St, Bokeelia, FL, 33922
Parking is $20What's your cancellation policy?
If we cancel your trip due to weather or any reason outside of your own, we will refund you any money paid.
Can I smoke?
No. Smoking is not permitted.
Do I have to wear a life jacket?
Adults do not. Children under 12 years are required to do so.
Can we feed the wildlife?
No. Feeding the Dolphins, Seagulls, Pelicans, Turtles or any type of wildlife while on board is not allowed.
Can I keep a shell that has creature inside?
No. The state of Florida does not allow you to keep a shell if it contains a living creature inside.
Can we pet the wildlife?
No. Many of the animals that you may come in contact with are protected/endangered and should not be touched.
